Returns Policy

We are happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However note we do not offer cash refunds.
Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for a store credit subject to the following terms:
You must notify us within 7 days of date of receipt to be eligible for any exchange or credit, all returns (other than faulty goods) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the transaction/return, The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns, Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used or soiled in any way, All returns must be accompanied by the Original Receipt and return authorisation number to be considered for exchange or store credit.

In the instance of a return please email us at admin@pleasureshop.com.au or phone 0424 281 156 and explain the products defect and provide us with your Receipt Number. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone Number & Email Address. Once you contact us, we will supply you with a Return Authorisation Number and the correct address to ship the item to. Once you have all the correct information place the item in its original box/covering along with your Receipt, please write the supplied authorisation number on the Receipt.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.

All products are subject to a 30 Day Limited Warranty (Excluding Consumable Products). If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the supplier will repair this product, or at the supplier’s sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. The warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. Toy related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
